Creative Waves: 15 Year Anniversary
17th - 28th February   -    Gallery is open 10am - 5pm, closed on Sundays & Mondays.​

We are celebrating our anniversary with a collaborative exhibition at Colonnade House, showcasing the work of 15 artists, running creative workshops and activities.

Main Gallery:  â€‹15 artists and makers: affordable artwork & handmade gifts including; paintings, sculpture, wood, glass, ceramics, printmaking, photography, illustrations, prints & more.

Small Gallery: Nadia & Nessy will be exhibiting their new work inspired by adventures, travel and the sea.

Creative workshops for children during half term week & ones for grown ups (24th/25th  Feb):

Colourful help needed to create a shoal of fish, for a new Seaside Cutout on Worthing Pier. Suitable for ALL ages and abilities.

From age 5 to to 95.  You keep the original artwork. Your fish will be photographed and printed onto vinyl, for a new installation on Worthing Pier. Limited spaces, secure your place asap:​​

Downs to the Sea
​

Congratulations to South Downs National Park Authority for securing funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund for The Downs to the Sea project. Their aim is to restore and protect key freshwater habitats in and around the South Downs National Park, which are instrumental in nature recovery and resilience to climate change.​

We are delighted to be working in partnership to host a series

of FREE WORKSHOPS inspired by nature throughout the project.

Art on the Pier

​

Current exhibitions, interactive features & educational displays on Worthing Pier:

 

  • 'Appear on the Pier' - featuring children & young people's illustrations, inspired by Our Natural World.  A selection of the illustrations have been animated. Click here to view animations & the project 

  • 'Waves of Inspiration' - An 'Open' exhibition with work from 50 local artists, photographers & writers (amateurs & professional) capturing Worthing's inspiring coastline.

  • A series of fun ‘peep through’ windows sponsored by local businesses.

  • Working in partnership with 3 local wildlife & conservation organisations, Worthing Museum & the Coastal Office, we designed new educational displays including; information about seabirds, marine wildlife & the marine environment, Worthing's heritage & coastal information.

  • ‘Community Connections’ - promoting the work of 24 local community organisations
